How to Get Your Company Email in Your Yahoo Mail Account

This guide will show you how to connect your company email ([email protected]) to your Yahoo Mail account. By following these steps, Yahoo will securely retrieve your work emails, allowing you to manage everything in one convenient inbox.

We will use the POP method, which is the most reliable way to “pull” email from one server to another.

Before You Begin

Please have the following three pieces of information ready:

  1. Your full email address: For example, [email protected].
  2. Your email password: The same one you use to log into our webmail.
  3. Our server name: This is webmail.cazarin.com. (Note: For a few specific users, this might be webmail2.cazarin.com. If the first one doesn’t work, please try the second one.)

Step 1: Go to Your Yahoo Mail Settings

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account on a desktop computer.
  2. Click the Settings icon ⚙️ in the top-right menu.
  3. At the bottom of the settings panel that appears, click “More Settings.”

Step 2: Add a New Mailbox

  1. In the full settings menu, click on “Mailboxes” on the left-hand side.
  2. Under the “Mailbox list,” click the “Add mailbox” button.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

  1. Yahoo will show a list of popular email providers. Ignore them and click on “Other.”
  2. Type your full company email address (e.g., [email protected]).
  3. Click “Next.”

Step 4: Enter Your Server Settings

Yahoo will now ask for the server details. You will need to enter settings for both receiving (POP) and sending (SMTP) mail.

Enter the Receiving (POP) server settings:

    • Username: Your full email address ([email protected]).
    • Password: Your email password.
    • POP Server: webmail.cazarin.com (or webmail2.cazarin.com if that applies to you).
    • Port: 995.
    • Security: Make sure this is set to SSL / TLS.
    • IMPORTANT: Check the box that says “Leave a copy of messages on the server.” This ensures your email remains on our server as a backup.

Enter the Sending (SMTP) server settings:

    • You may need to uncheck a box that says “Use same settings as incoming mail server.”
    • SMTP Server: webmail.cazarin.com (or webmail2.cazarin.com).
    • Port: 465.
    • Security: Make sure this is set to SSL / TLS.
    • ☑️ Require authentication to send emails. This box should be checked.

Your screen should look similar to this (the layout may vary slightly):

Click the “Connect” or “Save” button to proceed.

Step 5: Set Your Sending Name

Yahoo will ask for “Your name.” This is the name people will see when you send an email from this address through Yahoo. Enter your full name and click “Save.”

Yahoo will then test the connection. If all the information was entered correctly, you will see a success message and be taken back to your inbox. You will now see your company mailbox listed on the left-hand side, and your emails will begin to arrive shortly.

You have successfully connected your account! You can now read and send emails using your company address directly from your Yahoo Mail account.
