SpamTitan helps protect your inbox by automatically quarantining emails that appear suspicious. If a message scores above 5 on SpamTitan’s spam filter, it’s held in quarantine so you can review it safely.
This guide walks you through how to search for quarantined emails, view their details, and take action—whether that means deleting, releasing, or allowing them.

🔍 Search for Quarantined Emails
To find specific emails:
- Click Advanced Filter at the top of the quarantine page.
- Enter details like sender, subject, or date range.
- Click Search to view matching results.
📄 View Email Details
Click on any email row to see more information, including:
- Date received
- Sender address
- Subject line
- Message type
- Delivery status
- SpamTitan ID
This helps you decide whether the email is safe to release or should be deleted.
✅ Take Action on Emails
To view a single message click the row in the table, the message will appear on the right side of the page with a few options.
Use the checkboxes beside each email to select one or more messages. Then choose:
- Delete – Permanently remove the email from quarantine.
- Release – Deliver the email to your inbox.
- Allow – Deliver the email and add the sender to your allow list for future messages.
Using the checkboxes you can select multiple emails at once to save time.
🧭 Customize Your View
- Click the Column Icon to show or hide specific columns in the quarantine table.
- Use the Refresh button to reload the quarantine page and check for new messages.
